职责:
负责本地招聘流程,包括发布职位、筛选简历、面试安排等。
协助制定和实施人力资源政策和流程。
处理员工入职手续、培训安排等。
协助解决员工的日常人事问题和关注点。
管理员工档案和数据,确保信息的准确性和保密性。
要求:
本科以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先考虑。
出色的人际交往和沟通能力,能够与不同层级的员工有效合作。
熟练使用办公软件,如Microsoft Office。
具备组织和解决问题的能力,注重细节。
熟练的华文沟通能力,马来西亚公民优先考虑。
As an Administrative HR Specialist, you will play a key role in our Kuala Lumpur branch, responsible for local recruitment and logístical administrative management. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the company's human resource needs are met and assist in managing day-to-day administrative affairs.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage the local recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and processes.
Handle employee onboarding procedures, training arrangements, etc.
Assist in resolving employees' day-to-day HR issues and concerns.
Maintain employee records and data accuracy while ensuring confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees of different levels.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Malaysian citizens preferred.
