主要職責:
- 負責招聘
- 與相關機構保持聯繫,確保公司遵守當地勞工法和相關法定要求。
- 負責每月的工資處理和管理。
- 更新和維護員工個人檔案、人力資源記錄、公司政策和指示。
- 按時進行每月法定申報工作,向政府機構(LHDN、KWSP、SOSCO)提交申報,並確保始終遵守所有法定要求。
- 處理外籍員工申請、許可證續約、離職備忘錄、FOMEMA等全部程序。
- 準備每月和年度公司人力資源、工資和相關人力資源報告。
- 執行人力資源內部控制政策和程序,以與公司方向一致。
- 解答員工有關人力資源政策和程序的問題。
- 執行上級/管理層指派的其他臨時職責。
工作要求:
- 流利的英語、普通話和馬來語口語和書寫能力。
- 在任何時候都能保護公司資訊和利益。
- 能夠立即開始工作將是一個額外的優勢。
- 全職職位。
- 工作地點在Midvalley。
資格要求:文憑/高級文憑(必須)
經驗:最少2年(必須)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for Recruitment
- To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
- To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
- To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
- Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements:
- Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
- Ability to protect company information and interests at all times.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Full time position.
- Working location in Midvalley.
Qualifications: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (required)
