HR&admin Assistant

**Responsibilities 职责:**
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
- Help in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage correspondence, and handle office supplies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations and performance management processes.
- 协助管理日常行政和人力资源运作。
- 支持招聘流程,包括发布职位、筛选候选人和安排面试。
- 协助新员工入职和组织培训课程。
- 维护员工记录并协助处理工资单。
- 协调内外部会议,管理通信和办公用品。

- 在员工关系和绩效管理流程中提供支持。
**Requirements 要求**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or HR roles.
- Good command of both English and Chinese.
- Basic understanding of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Experience in handling administrative tasks and supporting HR functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software.
- Team player with a detail-oriented approach.
