**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Admin or equivalent professional qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position (Retail)
- Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies is an added advantage.
- Experience using Infotech payroll system is an added advantage
- Good initiative, reliable, responsible and able to work independently and as a team
- Supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist to managing interactions with third-party providers for conducting background checks on new hires.
- Assist to managing interactions with relevant vendors concerning the tenancy agreement, as well as liaising with government agencies and local authorities (PBT)
- Assist to handle recruitment and manpower planning processes, including interviewing, and onboarding
- In-charge for office equipment, office supplies for stationery & refreshment including tasks associated with the distribution of uniforms/lanyard to branch staff
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by HOD

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
