Customer Service Executive

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia.**:
- Able to communicate in **Mandarin** **and Cantonese** since it will be dealing with **Mandarin and Cantonese **speaker.
- **SPM leavers** are encouraged to apply.
- Must stay in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.
- Able to work on **rotational shifts.**:
- Prior working experience in the **call service industry** will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- Age Group**:18-55 years old.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issues related to the company’s products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
