**Job Description**:
- Inspire, grow, and nurture a team of TA professionals
- Manage DL and IDL recruitment efforts
- Accountable for implementing innovative company-wide TA strategic, tactical, and operational plans.
- Shape and drive the standardization of the end-to-end TA process and policies.
- Ensure TA team continuously support business strategy, goals, shared values, culture, and philosophy of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand future hiring plans and develop TA strategies to deliver on these plans.
- Build and establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be recognized as trusted advisor in all TA matters.
- Head University Recruiting (including technical/vocational institutes) and collaborate with government/government-linked agencies on manpower/recruiting initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced MNC environment.
- Have 4 years of experience as people manager; managing a team of recruiters.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and proven track record of high volume hiring.
- Excellent change management, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influential skills
