**Job Summary**

The Platform Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the suite of products on our platform, from launch to maturity. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and hands-on execution to ensure our platform meets customer needs and achieves business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Platform Development**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage the life-cycle of each product from launch to maturity and assist the CTO in planning and updating the Platform Product Roadmap.
- Create detailed platform product requirements and specifications (i.e. feature stories, diagrams and wireframes).
- Manage the platform product development process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
- **Go-to-Market Planning**:_
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including platform positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create compelling platform collateral and sales tools.
- Train and support sales teams on platform features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- **Customer Focus**:_
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring the platform meets customer needs and delivers exceptional value.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for platform improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with platform products in the facilities management or maintenance management domain.
- Strong understanding of platform product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, SCRUM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with product management tools and software (e.g. JIRA, Clickup).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
