**Company Overview**

We are partnering with a renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing. They are looking forward to bring in a professional brand marketer to their marketing team.

**New Role**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance our brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify
- brand positioning opportunities and differentiation strategies.Define and articulate the brand's mission, vision, values, and personality to create a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment
- across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency in visual elements, tone of voice, and brand representation.
- Create and manage the implementation of brand assets, including logos, taglines, packaging, and brand collateral.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually compelling brand materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to identify brand growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement brand activation strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Measure brand performance and conduct regular brand health assessments to evaluate brand equity and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency in partnership and co-branding activities.
- Stay updated on emerging branding trends, best practices, and innovative strategies to continuously evolve and enhance the brand.

**Requirements to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, brand strategy, or a similar branding role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer insights.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey the brand's message effectively.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing brand guidelines and standards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their impact on brand building.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to measure brand performance and derive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
