**Digital Specialist l Utilities l Petaling Jaya**

**Company Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies and plans for both B2B and B2C markets to maximize brand exposure, drive attendance, and achieve marketing objectives.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event messaging and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Identify and engage with strategic partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to enhance event reach and attract the desired target audience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging event agendas, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions.
- Manage event registration and attendee tracking systems, ensuring accurate data collection and timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution of all event-related activities, such as AV setup, signage, catering, and staffing.
- Measure and analyze event performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing post event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event technologies to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices into event strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless event execution.
- Proficiency in using event management software and CRM tools to track registrations, manage attendee data, and measure event performance.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to develop compelling event messaging and promotional materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
