Revenue Growth Management Executive

**Salary offered**: RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month
**Transport Allowance**:RM400 (Fixed)
**Location**: Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana & Jalan Tropicana Utama, Tropicana, 47410, Petaling Jaya Selangor.
**Working hour**: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30 pm, Tues and Thurs work in office and additional one day to choose to work from office.
**Job responsibilities**:
**Exploratory Establish**
- Routines on latest trend and insights for premium segment
- Work together with Strategic Planning team to identify key categories to establish a monitoring routines/dashboard on category trend Perform adhoc analysis to provide insights on new product potential.
- Leverage on external (Nielsen, Kantar etc) and customer data (scan sales) to identify growth opportunities on premium segment.
- Estimate the potential volume, NSR and profit opportunities. Planning New product OBPPC and target consumer
- Define Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price and Channel strategy for new product launch.
- Perform benchmarking with similar product or other markets.
- Work with commercial finance to propose the value chain.
- Leverage on mobile wall to locate the target consumers and outlets. Performance Tracking and scaling Establish scorecard matrix to track import product performance.
- Availability (Nielsen, internal Active Outlet, listing progress)
- SOVI (Share of Visible Inventory) if available from Traxx
- Sales Trend (Nielsen, internal, scan data)
- Standard financial matrix on import products (Transaction, UC, NSR, GP, MC)
- Activation and promotion results and insights (ROI, incremental, etc).
**Requirements**:
- Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Experience: 3-5 years’ experience relevant experience
- FMCG background preferred.
- Sound knowledge on Value Chain, P/L, product, customer
- Experience in promotion analysis, able to demonstrate the input and output from this analysis.
- Ability to handle large set of data
