Growth and Revenue Management Manager

Job Description:
Growth and Revenue Management (GRM) is the regional growth engine for Grab Financial Group (GFG), housed within marketing, with work spanning across the region. Work is inter-disciplinary - a combination of analytics, customer segmentation, campaign planning and marketing strategy. The team will be focused on growing the business efficiently, with projects covering overall strategy, ideation, experimentation and coordinating implementation of key initiatives.
Get to know the Role:
Role is a balance of consumer strategy, analytics and stakeholder management - leading coordination with Business Heads, Country Marketing Heads on growth, while growing using data analyses to gain actionable insight (e.g. consumer incentive optimisation, churn analysis, customer segmentation) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of growth initiatives.
Key activities:
- Monitor GFG business metrics (MTU, ANS) and user health metrics (conversion, churn, ARPU)
- Consumer incentives forecasting and budget tracking
- Campaign design involving consumer incentives (discount, points) and optimisation (A/B testing) and coordination with country teams (Marketing, Consumer, S&P teams)
- Review of campaign effectiveness and insights related to user growth (user quality, user segmentation, cohort performance)
The must haves:
- A minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in financial services, management consulting or technology firms
- Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform is preferred but not essential
- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
- Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
- A start-up attitude - willing to work hard to get things done
