Revenue Growth Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Directing the activities of a sales team to achieve/exceed revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territories;
- Taking a proactive role in contract strategy, developing strategies for expanding the scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win-back opportunities;
- Leading negotiations in renewing multi-year contracts within assigned accounts;
- Developing relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts;
- Managing overall relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Ensuring the sales team is fully staffed, trained, and deployed to maximize sales coverage;
- Developing and executing account plans and monitoring progress;
- Adjusting plans accordingly to consider IQVIA's new product/service offerings and significant changes to business conditions;
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of eight years of relevant sales or account management experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IQVIA's offerings, customer account management, and the pharmaceutical industry.
