**Position Title: Sales Executive (Kuala Lumpur)**

We are seeking a Sales Executive who embodies competitiveness, trustworthiness, and an acute understanding of safety training needs, particularly like in oil and gas, maritime, renewable or other safety critical industries. If you excel in communication, possess experience in safety-critical sectors, and are adept at engaging clients in competitive markets, we encourage you to apply.

**Job Function**
Reporting directly to the Manager of Sales & Business Development, the Sales Executive will operate from the corporate office, serving as a crucial liaison between our operations and customer service/administration teams. The role entails fostering and nurturing robust relationships with key and potential accounts, with a focus on generating new sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support for sales operations, including safety training inquiries, course bookings, and customer service.
- Maintain meticulous records concerning safety training requirements and customer interactions.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, particularly those related to safety training initiatives and customer engagement.
- Expand customer base through proactive sales initiatives, identifying and acquiring new market segments.
- Foster positive relationships with new and dormant accounts, striving for excellence in customer experience.
- Strategize and execute plans to boost sales of advanced training courses and introduce new programs.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, channeling feedback for necessary improvements.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service, with a preference for experience in safety training within safety-critical sectors like oil and gas, construction, maritime, or renewables.
- Proficient in sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Independent and organized with a sharp focus on industry standards.
- Sales oriented driven for results, dynamic and team player.
- Fast and prompt response to external/internal clients.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in written and oral English, coupled with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
