- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Arrangement for company events and activities when necessary
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both papers and digital records
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and

resolve the administrative problem
- Help with outlet business licenses and insurance
- Maintain and order office supplies and pantry replenishment
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior/ management; Requirements: - Requirements:

- Must possess Bachelor in Admin/ HR or other related disciplines
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and

time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and

Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
