**Job title : People Services ELC Executive, KL Captive - China**
**Basic Pay Range : RM 3500 - RM4500**
**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Life Cycle**
- Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBS in China as per respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage the onboarding process and coordinate the administration of national or international transfers (if any)
- Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
- Coordinate and administer contract renewal process
- Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
- Manage all documents related to contractor management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
- Processing Contractor HC Reports on monthly basis, perform data validation with local vendor and Finance team.
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
- Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
**Operations**
- Coordinate and manage contractor management activities in Contractor Management System and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi within the perimeter of SBS China and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
- Create contractor records, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
- Manage the contractor contract renewal process in related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training if required
- Administer termination activities, coordinate collection of assets
- Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
- Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
- Build, document and transfer People Services Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee lifecycle management
- Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database
**Continuous improvement**
- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
- Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
- Participate in global projects as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Graduate or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR functions preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of other ASEAN languages is desirable
- Basic understanding of HR operation processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate level proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HRS front line teams with an end to end mindset
- Good communication skills at all level, verbal and written
- Attentive to customer focus needs and feedback
- Positive thinking and attitude
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
