About our client Our client is a Manufacturing company that specializes in GI Purlins (C & Z Profile), metal roofing sheets and multi roof truss & batten for building industries that covers across the whole Malaysia Job Responsibilities - Able to prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and understood applicable accounting principle in accordance with Malaysia Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS). - To prepare accounting reports, payment voucher, monthly P&L, month end year end closing, monthly balance sheet with general ledger. - Maintain up-to-date AP and AR records and perform bank reconciliation. - To prepare analysis / schedule for audit and tax requirement. - To review management accounts, draft audited accounts and tax computation. - To liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and government/state officer. - To assist in cash flow planning, tax planning, budget and variance comparison. - Monthly stock taking & inventory checking. - Handling on accounting matter. - Relevant data entry to support finance document. - To perform any additional duties that commensurate with the position, experience and qualification which is assigned on an ad hoc basis. Job Requirements - Min Degree in Accounting/Finance. - Min 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Proficient and familiar with any accounting software. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets. - Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude. - Initiative, drive and enthusiasm. - Good organisational and coordination skills. - Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail. - Responsible and able to work independently with mínimal supervision. - Able to work well under pressure.
