**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Plan and manage the delivery of human resource administrative services related to benefits programs, travel and general administration, ensuring quality and value-added services are provided to all employees and internal stakeholders in line with the company’s policies.
- Plan and manage Company's recruitment and development activities to ensure effective employment and development of competent and qualified personnel to meet the business and operational needs.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of all personnel administrative matters guided by HR policies, procedures and legislative requirements to ensure smooth running and execution of all HR related matters:

- _Employee compensation services and benefits and other related functions._
- _Employee database (in SAP) that reflects employee personal data and terms of employment._
- _Employee document administration and employee correspondences, electronic and hard copy format._
- _Vendor management related to contract negotiation and performance monitoring._
- Plan and manage the delivery of efficient and accurate administration processes and system support to ensure no delay in service delivery, efficient turnaround or response time, and accessible information provided anytime and anywhere:

- _HR Information Systems (SAP HCM, Employee Self Service (ESS), Knowledge Management_
- _Centre (KMC) and Microsoft Dashboard) and processes. Recommend and implement changes o for improvements._
- _General administration services related to refreshment services, work permit/employment_
- _pass, movers and corporate mailing services._
- _Various reports for monitoring and auditing of data._
- Plan and manage sourcing strategies including recruitment selection process in support of the recruitment plans to meet the business and operational needs.
- Review salary remuneration package through benchmarking against industry remuneration best offering and salary range. Manage the practical trainee programs.
- Plan recruitment budget. Manage and control all related recruitment budget spent to ensure expenditure is made based on approved budget.
- Plan and manage the leadership and functional training, ensuring that employees receive relevant training to their roles.
- Ensure the appropriate processes and LOA are followed, and that the training budget is monitored.
- Manage the domestic inquiries, performance management system and consequence management in compliance with the statutory and regulations to safeguard company’s interest and ensure employees’ rights and welfare are taken care of.
- Plan and manage the HR Development Committee (HRDC) meeting ensure all documentations are submitted timely and in order.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
