**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and fluent Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Support representative. As a valuable member of the customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs, address complaints, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and relay important insights to the management team.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the customer service department

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages as require to liaise Chinese customer
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
