**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Apprenticeship/Internship**:
**FUNCTION**: Business Partner Support, Human Resources

**SALARY RANGE**:RM 1,500 only

**LOCATION**:Bandar Sunway, Selangor

**Role positioning and objectives**:
As a Digital HR Intern, you will be part of the HR Business Partnering team to provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Function. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering comprehensive solutions in elevating the experience of our employees throughout their life-cycle's processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda.

**What you will be accountable for**:

- Support respective HRBP with the day-to-day activities of the HR Function.
- Support to coordinate the end-to-end recognition experience and ensure that all activities are aligned with the standard operating procedures.
- Generates and complies standard reports for respective HRBP for respective people agenda pillars.
- Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events.
- Crafting clear and engaging social media content to drive employer branding.
- Supporting the HRBP around policy review to ensure up to date benefits and information.
- Driving general HR customer service for internal clients.
- Supporting the HRBP in the execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan.
- Ideating and executing simplification of processes within the HR function while supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.

**Essential experience, skills and knowledge**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Willing to learn mentality.
- Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
- Degree holder of any field (plus points if you have/ are pursuing a degree business analytics, human resources, or international management).
