Logistic and Sales Administrator Clerk

1. Coordinating and tracking delivery to ensure timely delivery 2. Identifying and resolving logistics-related issues and customer complaints. 3. Preparing documents for delivery or order collection (Delivery Order & Invoice) 4. Manage, monitor, and follow up on the outstanding order. 5. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations. 6. Optimizing routes and transportation modes to reduce costs and improve efficiency 7. Managing and maintaining relationships with third-party logistics providers 8. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment and vehicles. 9. Providing support and guidance to logistics team members on day-to-day operations 10. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics activities 11. Managing reverse logistics processes, including returns and product recalls. 12. Coordinating with customer support teams to address logistics/products-related customer inquiries. 13. Monitoring and managing warehouse inventory levels to optimize space utilization.

We are specialize in plastic blow-molding, injection and screen printing under the supervision of our Managing Director who had more than 20 years of experience in plastic containers manufacturing. We are located at Kawasan Perindustrian Kundang, Kundang Jaya, Rawang. We provide manufacturing "HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET" type of bottle, Jar, container closure packaging. Our product are suitable Pharmaceutical, Toiletries, Cosmetics, Detergent, Lubricants, Food and Beverage. Currently, Our facilities are able to manufacture product ranging from 100ml up to 10 liter.
