**Job Title: Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:*
- Answer incoming calls
- Take customer orders and issue sales invoices
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Perform other relevant duties as required
- Handle printing and photocopying tasks
**Requirements**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a good memory
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Strong customer service skills
**Working Hour**
9.30 - 7.00 pm monday to saturday ( one day off on weekday )
9.30 - 5pm sunday
