working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm

Assist Director in
- Follow and accompanied director to meetings
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Manage database entry and client files
- Order and maintain supplies
- Document financial information
- Organize and distribute messages
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with presentations and reports

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in secretary/human resources/Admin/Management or any field any related.
- A minimum of 1 years experience. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
- Flexible to travel
- Able to drive and own a car
- Flexible to have work during night time ( about 2 times per week) for meetings
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Good In Time management
- Well Organize.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
