JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To update and maintain the process improvement activities’ master list/databases and follow-up till closure with relevant stakeholders.
- To set appointments/facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- To support ISO activities such as Policy and SOP development in terms of tracking the document development, draw the flowchart, and updating the masterlist.
- To support ISO internal and external audits in terms of compiling documents related to audit activities and updating the master list.
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Diploma in Office Management/Business/Economics or other related education fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling incoming and outgoing documents.
- Good exposure to document writing.
- Beginner level in Office Administration/Business Operations.
- Computer literate, well-versed with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and must be able to communicate in English.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Document controller.
- Aggressive, highly motivated, committed, and hardworking.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to interact with people at different levels.
