Job Responsibilities:
To explore & close potential leads
Handle current & new customers in assigned territories, within Central Malaysia for Residential, Commercial & Industrial markets
Response to inquiries efficiently with appropriate information about company products and services
Propose solution and quotations for potential customers based on their requirements
Strategize, plan and execute sales activities to achieve individual sales target
Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues while protects the Company’s interest
Design and/or oversee the design of all aspects of the Company’s branding & marketing activities, advertising, digital marketing and social media platforms.
Manage social media content and video production, website and all related activities to ensure smooth execution of marketing & branding activities.
Assist to initiate, design, develop, and execute promotional campaigns & communication strategies, including producing graphics, videos, animations, illustrations, photo and video editing, collaterals for video, print and social media platforms.
Manage, monitor and oversee all internal and external communications for the Company, including strategic and tactical brand messaging, collaterals, representative & promotional materials, merchandising across all platforms.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or any related fields.
Additional certification in Adobe tools, copywriting/journalism, digital marketing/marketing
3. At least 1 year professional experience in visual design and video production roles, specific experience or interest in healthcare field is an added advantage
4. Active user of most social media platforms, with at least of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok.
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills
6. Good language skills of writing and speaking in a Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
