Job Title**:Accountant Transactional I**

Reports To: Supervisor
- Accounting

**Basic Job Function**:

- Responsible for day-to-day functions of Accounts Receivable (billing and collection)
- Perform Month End Close and Controls
- Reconcile and customer cash receipts based upon remittance instructions.
- Review payment discrepancies and work closely with Fulfillment team to resolve disputes.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collection.
- Verify and validate revenue and contract details for module customers under account of PIC's care such as Average Selling Price, Incoterms, Delivery Schedule, Down payment clause and any Contract Modifications
- Ensure accounting entries are accurately reflected in SAP/ERP System in accordance the contracts and change orders via cumulative catch-up adjustments or manual revenue adjustments as needed
- Prepare monthly revenue report to stakeholders
- Perform monthly revenue accruals for shipments with DAP/DDP incoterms.
- Tracking of in transit shipments.
- Perform down payment/deferred revenue accruals when needed.
- Support monthly accounts receivable and down payment/deferred revenue reconciliation and all closing processes as assigned.
- Provide backup and assist others with workload when necessary.
- Perform Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Forecasting of Revenue for Stakeholders with Reporting
- Perform Monthly Accounting Close Deck for Corporate
- Support department goals and key performance indicators.
- Support of any changes of job function according to business changes
- Assist on audit requests when required.

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or Business with accounting knowledge.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Audit or Accounting Related.
- Experience in SAP and Oracle will be an added advantage.

**Physical Requirements (if any)**:

- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- Will lift, push or pull up to 27 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
- All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair)
