**Job Description**:
In your role as IKEA Food Team Leader, you will support your manager to fulfil the purpose of IKEA Food and the development of the IKEA business. Your area of responsibility will be in production, IKEA Cafe and Swedish Food Market.

**Your assignment**
- Assists the manager by actively contributing to the development and implementation of a clear IKEA Food action plan for the store.
- Assists in implementing the range matrix to secure a strong IKEA Food range identity in order to distinguish ourselves from our competitors on the market.
- Responsible to ensure the shop and product displays are always fresh and look appealing and daily work routines are in place.
- Leads and guides the team from time to time to ensure daily work routines are in place and in compliance with the IKEA rules and guidelines.
- Works proactively to avoid bottlenecks and consistently improve customer satisfaction.
- Assists the manager in good sales forecast, thus enabling proper supply planning, ordering, efficient goods handling and stock control.
- Ensures the HACCP routines are known and followed in all daily work.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in vibrant retail or food environment with proven track record.
- Sales & service driven and passionate about food and people.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the drive to make things happen.
- Ability to prioritise and organise work.
- Takes responsibility and can delegate when necessary.
- Communicates well with others.
- Ability to use office programmes and prepare & analyse reports.
- Able to work on shifts, rotate weekends and public holidays.
