Account Receivable Executive

JOB SUMMARY
Ensure smoothness of day-to day finance operation by assisting superior in handling all matters related to account receivable including performing new account opening, monitoring and process collection and documentation of transactions.
- Perform new account opening and ensure a thorough background checking on customers’ company is being done prior to account opening.
- Process and resolve customers request for Credit days.
- Resolve any issues related to account receivable, collection of payment, and invalid or unauthorized deduction.
- Ensure debtor’s payment and direct payment receivable of outlets/marketplace is updated in accounting system in a timely manner.
- To document customers’ payment, perform maintenance of account receivable files and accounting ledgers in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely collection of payment by generating reminders to customers on outstanding balance.
REQUIREMENT
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in accounting.
- 2-4 years experience in related field would be an added advantage however, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency knowledge in SQL & MS office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work with a high level of integrity, initiate and commitment
- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated
