**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You’re in charge of a million-ringgit business, responsible for maximizing the club’s financial performance through strategy execution, performance management and the growth and development of direct reports, all in line with the company's business objectives. You achieve this through:

- Selecting, inducting and leading a high-performance team of motivated individuals
- Maintaining a five-star training environment
- Ensuring the delivery of our industry-leading fitness products
- Knowing, understanding and meeting your member’s needs
- Run day to day club operation in view to meet company sales and profitability targets.
- Develop, draft and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Stay aware of market and industry trends.
- Address swiftly any operational problem arising.
- Identify business opportunities for the company.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Efficient management and administration of the affairs, premises, facilities and assets of the club.

2. Continuous improvement in the standard of club facilities and level of service.

3. Strengthening the Sales and Marketing team in order to increase and widen the revenue base of the club from existing under-utilized facilities.

4. Plan expansion of current assets to further increase and diversify revenue and profits base.

5. Provide directions and lead the development of operating and capital budgets as agreed but the General Committee and prudently managers the Club’s resources through effective monitoring and reporting process.

6. To provide the best service to members and guests through effective management of all departments that deal with the Club’s products and services.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
