- **Your New Role**:_

As the Admin Cum Merchandise Coordinator, you will be tasked with:

- Maintaining office tenancy agreement, liaising with building management and hostel owner to ensure efficient documentations, accurate and timely payment to vendors/suppliers/owner.
- Maintaining office equipment and others supplies including stationery, photocopier, and food supplies to ensure the office is constantly in good condition.
- Maintain merchandise’s store cleanliness, ensure merchandise is adhere to standard requirements. Ensure items kept in the store are maintained and protected from damage or loss including stock control.
- Maintain stock level of all merchants, to pick goods in accordance with order list or delivery order. Make sure record is same as stock card.
- Update and submit stock related documents to relevant departments.
- To load and unload goods from supplier delivery, make sure quantity received is tally with the orders.
- Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- **For This Role, You Will Need**:_
- Secondary School Graduated or 1 - 3 years of working experience on administration or store keeping.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Details oriented, good on administration and communication skills.
- Able to speak and read in **English** are essential. Mandarin and Malay will be added advantage.
- Good time management skill and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Willing to learn & fast learner.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
