**Customer Enquiry Handling**: Managing leads and coordinating with the Sales team for quotes and opportunity conversion.
- **Order Processing**: Handling customer orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely deliveries and managing accounts receivable.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborating with Supply Chain, Fabrication, Production, and Warehousing teams for material availability, pick & pack, despatches, and more.
- **CRM & ERP Management**: Utilizing CRM Sales Force and ERP systems for leads, quotes, order processing, invoicing, and case management.
- **SOP Adherence**: Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures for customer data management, pricing updates, credit deviations, and complaint resolution.
- **Inside Sales Coordination**: Achieving sales targets, on-time deliveries, and efficient accounts receivable.
- **Effective Communication**: Corresponding with customers and internal teams in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Data Maintenance**: Maintaining customer and material data.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contributing to customer service improvement projects.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of global company experience** in Customer Service and Sales Coordination.
- **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma** in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems** for Customer Order Management.
- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills** to handle customer and sales team correspondence.
- **Customer-centric approach** to meet service levels and achieve business goals.
- **Adaptability, multitasking, and self-driven work ethic** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language proficiency in English and local language** is preferable.
- **Quick learner and collaborative team player**.
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
