Finance Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Preparing payment advice, issuing cheque, and arranging telegraphic transfer of fund to inter-company and creditors.
2. Preparing pre-payment schedule.
3. In-charging of petty cash fund.
4. Performing bank reconciliation
5. Preparing payment Voucher and issuing cheque for sundry creditors.
6. Preparing account receivable schedule for all related companies.
7. Preparing Statistics reports for submission to the Bank Negara and government bodies.
8. Keying in payment voucher and sundry creditor invoice into Accounting system.
9. Performing any other Finance related administration functions that may be assigned from time to time.
**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS**
1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Diploma in Accounting with Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
3. SPM with Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
**Special Skills**:
- Knowledge in computerized Accounting system.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
