**Job Overview**:
As an intern in the Reservation Department, you will be responsible for supporting the reservation team in managing and coordinating the booking process for customers. This role involves interacting with clients, processing reservations, and ensuring accuracy in all reservation details. You will work closely with the reservation team to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
Provide information about available services, rates, and policies to customers.

Reservation Processing:
Assist in processing and confirming reservations accurately and in a timely manner.

Enter reservation details into the booking system and ensure all information is up-to-date.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of reservations, cancellations, and customer interactions.

Prepare and update reports related to reservation activities.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other team members to coordinate reservations and address customer needs effectively.

Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to reservations.

Collaborate with supervisors and senior staff to handle complex situations.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive experience for customers throughout the reservation process.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

**Salary**: From RM800.00 per month
