- Duties & Responsibilities
- To plan and conduct market intelligence research and analysis for each of the client segments, i.e., Package employers and professional associations, and analyse profiles to determine market segment requirements.
- Identify business opportunities in achieving business targets to improve portfolio performance and the overall propositions from a customer journey perspective.
- Developing strategies and activities to boost segmentation performance nationwide will bring the highest return on marketing efforts.
- To drive the Next Best Product (NBD) approach to elevating customer experiences across platforms and channels to increase product holding per customer and expand their wallet share.
- To explore and identify new package employers from favourable sectors, including its subsidiaries, and to come out with a new strategy, recommendation, or enhancement of the current package offers to generate new business.
- Develop and implement an efficient and effective customer service framework.
- To ensure optimum penetration rate by tracking segmentation growth performance and concurrently using customer profiling in the retail banking analytical approach.
- To sustain business relationships with key personnel of Package Employers and Professional Associations. Manage and maintain client relations by attending to inquiries, resolving queries, and providing relevant information.
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues.
- Provide a full range of support to regions, branches, and other channels for them to carry out day-to-day region and branch business activities.
- Identify areas where improvement is needed and devise relevant plans to improve efficiency.
- Accountable for unit or department overall performance on audits and compliance with the Bank’s policies, standards, procedures, and other regulatory requirements;
- Ensure that the BNM, external and internal audit findings, compliance review, and shariah review issues are timely addressed and rectified, and ensure the non-recurrence of the same issues.
- Any other duties or assignments as and when directed or assigned by the superior from time to time or as per business requirements from time to time

Job Specifications

Qualification - Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.

Years of Experience - More than 12 years experience in banking industry.

Specific skills/knowledge
- Strong managerial skills and high inclination towards a sales-driven culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
- Be assertive, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented.
- Experience of working in fast-moving business environment
- Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels regionwide.
