**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development: Prepare proposal for new potential institutions / companies and Non-Bumi associations for empanelment or business collaboration
- Relationship Building: Initiate and built relationship with the person in charge (PIC) of the Non Bumi Association/ New Package / University / Vernacular Schools to the region after certain period
- Product Holdings: To drive the Next Best Product Analysis based on existing product holding from the leads obtained Asset Liability Information Management (ALIM) which will ease the process to follow up and consultation
- Issuance of Memo: Prepare and Issue memo related to operational matters and update on Non Bumi segment
- Report and Data Analytic: To conduct market intelligence research and analysis for each of the Non Bumi client segmentation and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements.
- Leads Monitoring: To delegate & monitor the leads from sales activities to ensure the utilization
- Close engagement with other units under Strategic Business Relations, Client Relations Directors, and other departments/divisions in Bank Islam to execute business plan and ensure consistent synergy to elevate bank’s profitability and business sustainability.
- Manage and maintain client relations by attending to inquiries, resolving queries and providing relevant information.
- Promote learning and self-development culture amongst the team.
- Provide full range of support to region and branches and other channel for them to carry out day-to-day region and branch business activities.
- Accountable for unit / department overall performance on audits and compliance with the Bank’s policy, standard and procedures and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure that the BNM / external / internal audit findings / compliance review / shariah reviews issues are timely addressed and rectified and ensure non-recurring of the same issues.
- Report progress periodically to the Management.
- Identify areas of improvement needed and devise relevant plans to improve efficiency.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time / as per business requirement from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- More than 3 year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- People-oriented with an approachable and pleasant personality.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to work independently.
- Good verbal communication in Mandarin is added value.
