Executive Administrative Assistant

a. General office management such as ordering stationary, tracking stocks of office/pantry supplies and placing order, car booking, flight booking, hotel booking management, access card, namecard management, etc
b. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files
c. Possess work experience as a receptionist, front office representative will be an added advantage
d. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
e. Arrange internal events and activities.
f. Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
