Job Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing. Manage statutory contribution and
correspondences regards to EPF, SOCSO and LHDN.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Coordinate all related processes for employee offer letter, confirmation, resignation, etc.
- Updating and filing for forms and other HR related documents.
- Prepare relevant reports, analysis as and when needed.
- Perform other HR duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a HR, handling payroll and HR core functions.
- Knowledge of HR practices including employment law, compensation, hiring, performance
management, employee relations, and tax deductions.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
