**Responsibilities**:

- Support in maintaining an organized and efficient office setting, encompassing oversight of supplies, equipment, and facilities such as photocopy machines, water, stationery, pantry items, courier services, office maintenance, cleaning, and more.
- Administer staff insurance and medical benefits to guarantee comprehensive coverage for employees.
- Facilitate the vendor registration process from initiation to completion, gathering requisite documentation, forms, and vendor details.
- Assess and process staff claims and advances.
- Arrange accommodations including hotel stays, flights, and transportation as required.
- Monitor expiration dates, office renewal prerequisites, and anticipate necessary adjustments for forthcoming renewals.
- Compile accurate monthly attendance reports and meeting minutes promptly.
- Supervise and maintain optimal stock levels consistently.
- Ensure precision in stock labeling, packaging, and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement promptly and effectively.
- Conduct monthly stock audits to minimize loss.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3-5 years experience.
- Experience in Finance Administration.
- Familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other office management software.
- Strong verbal communication and written skills in English is a MUST.
- Good time management skills and able to multitask.
- Willing to learn new task & systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
