Position : Junior Credit Assessment
Location : Bukit Bintang, KL
Salary Range : RM 3,900 - RM 4,500
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct preliminary assessments of clients' creditworthiness and eligibility for different mortgage products.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze clients' financial profiles and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
- Educate clients about various mortgage options, terms, and interest rates to help them make informed decisions.
- Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage approval process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and lending guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing clients' inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling client meetings and follow-ups.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Background: A diploma in finance economics or equivalent is typically required. Bachelor's degree in any field acceptable however a related field will be an added advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex financial concepts to clients and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Junior Mortgage Consultants should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills to evaluate clients' financial documents and assess their creditworthiness.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric approach is crucial in building trust and rapport with clients and providing exceptional service throughout the mortgage process.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with senior consultants, mortgage advisors, and other team members to achieve shared goals.
- Adaptability: The mortgage industry can be dynamic, so the willingness to adapt to changes in regulations, policies, and market trends is beneficial.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and safeguarding client information and confidentiality.
