Part-time Building Matters and Documentation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Building Matters and Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects related to building projects and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position is temporary, with an expected duration of 3 months.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and organize building plans, permits, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations relevant to construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, approvals, and changes.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in construction administration, building documentation, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
