**Overview**:
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Sambal Bakar Malaya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant located in KG Baru, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant, leading the staff, and ensuring efficient inventory and purchasing management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Inventory and Purchasing**:

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
- Place orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to meet established standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines for staff and customers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
