Human Resource Executive

Requirements: 1. At least 2-3 years of experience in the field 2. Possess good English and Bahasa Melayu communication and written skills. 3. Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 4. Core competencies: communication skills, judgment and problem-solving, planning and organising, work and time management, and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. 2. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of employees. 3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and guide and support managers and employees for performance improvement. 4. Oversees the business’s day-to-day operations and reports to the Directors regularly 5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees’ skills and professional development. 6. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. 7. Maintenance of the HR System (Swingvy & StaffAny). Updating monthly payroll reports in the HR system and updating on new projects and new tasks in the HR system for timesheet purposes. 8. Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. 9. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters. 10. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, procedures and best practices. 11.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement. 12.
