**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Enabling Current Client Growth and Prospect Closure_**
- Driving and tracking key initiatives related to cross sell to current clients including research and identifying key growth opportunities via working with TMF client and sales resource as well as external sources.
- Develop profitable, long-term strategic customer and partner relationships to maintain and grow revenue.
- Utilizing TMF resources and materials to support sellers to close open opportunities.
- Alongside marketing, utilizing digital and other strategies to keep TMF in the forefront of prospect decision makers
- Assisting on the bid process for sellers enabling them to focus on the client facing aspects of selling.
- Drive the coordinated effort of targeting new contacts at intermediaries’ law firms and consultancies

**_Lead Generation_**
- Effectively manages and develops relationships with various lead sources.
- Determines needs and fit with TMF offerings; answers questions, presents offerings and recommends solutions.
- Consistently leverages TMF tools and processes to find opportunities via a systematic and disciplined approach.

**_Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)_**
- Develops and updates customer´s prospecting’s.
- Maintains accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast data to plan and execute sales strategy.
- Leverages marketing efforts and resources
- Thoroughly qualifies opportunities with against predefined criteria.
- Transitions qualified leads to GST Reps
- Captures all relevant information in CRM system to track opportunities and calls through to final disposition

**Key Requirements**:

- Analytical, Influential, flexible and able to influence
- 3 Years + experience in an international business environment working in or alongside sales teams and initiatives
- Speaks and writes fluently in English
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Thrives under pressure and is result oriented
- Able to “solution sell” where the ability to listen to the clients and understand what they really need is more important than a hard sell
- Able to build and retain strong client and intermediary relationships
- Experience with Microsoft CRM or similar system
- Regular travel is not required.
