Job Title: Community Specialist (Malaysia & Indonesia)

Location: Malaysia

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Specialist to join our gaming company, focused on serving the Malaysian and Indonesian markets. You will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities in both countries, and assisting with marketing activation efforts in the communities. The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our online communities in Malaysia and Indonesia, fostering engagement and loyalty among players
- Respond to player inquiries and resolve any community-related issues in both countries
- Develop and implement community-building strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to maximize engagement and satisfaction in both markets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop community-based marketing activations and initiatives in both countries
- Monitor and analyze key community metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the rest of the team
- Engage with players on social media and other online forums in both countries, building relationships and promoting the game
- Assist in organizing and executing community events and activities in both markets
- Represent the company and the game in a professional and positive manner, always promoting the brand in both countries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience in managing online communities, with a strong understanding of community-building strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with players in both countries
- Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends in Malaysia and Indonesia
