Job Description:

- Lead and oversee a sales team, encompassing responsibilities such as providing guidance, coaching and mentorship.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and address skill development needs within the team.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and establish new sales channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Monitor the performance of the team and team members against set targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on team performance.
- Ensure that the team are adhere to contractual agreements and compliance requirements.
- Work with the finance and sales teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales initiatives effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to guide the team in adapting sales strategies accordingly

Job Requirements:

- Minimum with bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Software or IT industry is an added advantage.
- Has 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with strong customer service skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in managerial position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience coordinating with external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 5 years (required)
