- It's important to monitor the quality of processing user requests, analyze and optimize interaction processes. Therefore, we are looking for an organized and proactive employee that can become part of our team in Kuantan, Pahang. Experience is not required, the first month of your work in the company will be devoted to learning the specifics of this position._

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete daily service quality evaluations by effectively using our recording and reviewing systems to review outbound calls and live chat dialogues to identify and suppress violations done by customers and drivers.
- Notify drivers about the company's service rules and penalties.
- Address and assuage service quality objections.
- Constantly report to your management about irregularities in the quality of provided services.

**Requirements**:

- English skills: minimum B2-C1 level (upper-intermediate/professional) or higher.
- Computer skills: intermediate/advanced level, knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly-developed negotiation skills, telephone etiquette.
- Problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
