Assistant Finance Manager

- **Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) **:In charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
- **Financial Reporting **:Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Financial Control **:Help in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- **Cash Flow Management **:Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and propose strategies for optimizing cash utilization.
- **Cost Management **:Assist in analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost control measures.
- **Financial Systems Management **:Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
- **Audit Support **:Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors during financial audits.
- **Ad Hoc Analysis **:Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- **Team Collaboration **:Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, sales, and operations to gather financial data and insights.
- **Job Requirements**_
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Good command of the English language; Mandarin proficiency is an added bonus.
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
- Audit experience is a plus.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with MySQL is advantageous.
**Financial Management Skills**:
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Experience in monitoring cash flow, analyzing variances, and proposing optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of cost analysis and cost-saving strategies.
**Analytical and Communication Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
**Audit Preparation and Collaboration**:
- Experience in audit preparations and liaising with auditors during financial audits.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
**Attention to Detail and Time Management**:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Meticulous with good organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
