Requirements: 1. Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any other related field. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply) 2. Required languages(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and/ or Mandarin. 3. Required skills : Microsoft Office. 4. Wields accomplish negotiation skills and resolves conflict swiftly. 5. Can work independently and a great team player, working to reach sales goals. 6. Posses own transport with valid driving license. 7. Able to travel within east & west Malaysia. Responsibilities: 1. To conduct research and to report on the market feedback to the Management in relations to the market criteria, pricing, demand and supply of the market etc. 2. Responsible to monitor customer website for any open tender. 3. Responsible to buy tenders after getting approval from superior. 4. To make regular visits and to provide satisfactory services to all customers concerned. 5. To handle customer complaints such as product default, wrong delivery etc. 6. To attend customer inquiries on product and revert back to office for further action. 7. To receive and check the order from customer comply to quotation offered. 8. To follow up with customers on all quotations status and to achieve monthly sales budgets/ target. 9. To have regular contacts with project consultant/ developers for new and upcoming projects. 10. To attend and approach new potential customers and to check on their financial backgrounds and business activities. 11. To attend Sales Meeting and report on developers, consultant, customer visit.
