**Responsibilities**:
- Answer calls to clients and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- **Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend.**:
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
