Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner Relationship Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for our partner businesses, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
- Understand partner businesses' needs and goals, providing appropriate guidance and assistance to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner inquiries, resolve issues, and provide prompt solutions.

2. Customer Support:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Provide product and service information to partners, offering appropriate guidance and suggestions to meet their needs.

3. Training and Onboarding:

- Conduct training sessions with new partners to educate them on our products, services, and best practices.
- Assist partners with the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand our systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners as they navigate our platform and utilize our tools.

4. Data and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on partner performance and trends, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance partner satisfaction and business growth.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in partner support processes and suggest solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to provide valuable input in enhancing our partner programs.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong customer service orientation with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to partners.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and find efficient solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
