Sales Manager/assistant Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute strategy sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the interior design industry.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launched, and branding initiatives to support sales objectives.
(2) Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations for sales representatives, and monitor their progress towards goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
(3) Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and industry stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals, resolve issues, and ensure clients satisfaction.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and deliver customized solutions to meet their requirements.
(4) Project Management and Coordination
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial concept development to final installation.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Address any challenges or issues that arise during the sales and project lifecycle, and work towards swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
(5) Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress towards targets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales activities, market dynamics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions or adjustments to sales strategies as needed to optimize performance and maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design or related field.
(2) Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the interior design industry.
(3) In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, products, and trends.
(4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
(5) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
(6) Able to speak, read and have strong written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added preference.
